Alys’s Eclipse - 5 oz ashed disc aged in a white bloomy rind
Claire’s Mandell Hill - 9 oz cylinder with a mid-line of French thyme, summer savory, lavender, fennel and rosemary, aged in a white bloomy rind
Ellie’s Cloudy Down - 7 oz pyramid aged in a traditional grey, more earthy bloomy rind
Hanna’s Awashed - 8 oz cylinder washed in hard cider then aged in a grey bloomy rind
All have been multiple-time winners in the annual American Cheese Society competition.
Price includes insulated 1-day ground shipping to New England states, NJ, DE, eastern NY and eastern PA. Delivery only to these areas at this time.
Please note that delivery is limited to one-day UPS ground service. This allows us to ship throughout New England as well as other northeastern destinations quickly and at a reasonable cost. Cheeses ship out Monday through Thursday, and we will plan to ship your order the day after your order is placed (Monday if an order is placed Friday - Sunday).
