Please note that delivery is limited to one-day UPS ground service. This allows us to ship throughout New England as well as other northeastern destinations quickly and at a reasonable cost. Cheeses ship out Monday through Thursday, and we will plan to ship your order the day after your order is placed (Monday if an order is placed Friday - Sunday).
